Notice

Online applications for the 2020-2021 deer hunt are now available on Recreation.gov .

In 2019, Eastern Neck NWR transitioned to an online hunt application system administered by Recreation.gov. You will no longer receive a hunt packet by mail. Please create an account on www.recreation.gov to apply for all refuge hunt permits. Hunters apply directly on the web site or by calling the Recreation.gov customer service number: 877-444-6777. All hunts are first-come, first-served. Hunters are required to have a printed and signed permit in hand while hunting or scouting on the refuge. We appreciate your patience as we transition to this new system.
