Announcement: The 2024 CA Junior Duck Stamp Contest is no longer accepting submissions. All submissions must be mailed in postmarked by Feb. 1. Late submissions will be disqualified. We are not responsible for lost or damaged artwork during shipping.
The contest is fully virtual. Artwork will be scanned once received and judged virtually in the spring. Winners are announced by the upcoming fall season.
Deadline: Please postmark your artwork by the February 1 and mail to the address listed below. Artwork will be received and processed as a scanned submission, then promptly returned to the sender’s address with a letter and certificate of participation. Late submissions will NOT be accepted. Do not email your artwork.

Instructions: Please include artwork along with a completed, legible entry form and reference sheet. Reference sheet must include printed copies of sources such as images. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Do not email your artwork, it must be mailed in.

Contest Entry Forms: Please submit the contest forms found below for CA. If your age group requires a Reference Form, please submit that as well. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
Reference Form: Your reference form must be legible and include printed copies of your references (ie. images).
Certificate of Participation: Please find a digital version of the participation certificate for you to print at home below.
Note: It is highly recommended you mail your artwork with a tracking number so that it can be located in case of missing mail. You may email fw8jrduckstamp-ca@fws.gov to confirm receipt of your package. There is a risk of lost artwork mail due to limited staff and budget cuts for USPS & FWS. We are not responsible for lost mail.
