Ever wondered what lives in your ponds? Well, we can show you! We'll be finding out what types of creatures reside in many of the ponds in the area. Drop in at the visitor center where we will start our pond discovery journey! All supplies will be provided. This program is free and open to all ages. No registration required
Date and Time: Saturday, June 1st, drop in between 10:00am-2:00pm
Location: Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center, 1101 Casey Rd. Basom NY 14013 Activity Level and
Accessibility: Easy-active, will involve standing, walking, using tools to find aquatic creatures in a pond sample. Restrooms and water fountains are located in the visitor center.
What to Bring: This program will be held indoors, rain or shine, dress accordingly.
