Target Audience:
New supervisors in their 12-month probationary period.
Summary and Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

- Create work environments that welcome diverse and differing voices and experiences.
- Practice new techniques for managing conflict.
- Utilize new frameworks for fostering employee engagement.
- Develop techniques for creating, managing, and leading your team.
- Develop more robust interpersonal skills.
- Gain a network of peers to help support you in your life as a supervisor.
