Waterfowl Hunting Workshop
On Saturday, August 23, 2025, Wallkill River National Wildlife Refuge welcomed new and returning hunters for a hands-on Waterfowl Hunting Workshop, hosted in partnership with New Jersey DEP Fish & Wildlife’s R3 Hunting and Shooting Program and the Wallkill River Ducks Unlimited Chapter.
Partners received funding from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Delaware Watershed Conservation Fund and the Department of the Interior’s America’s Ecosystem Restoration Initiative to support interstate brook trout conservation in the Delaware River watershed
