Parking for this trailhead is along a residential street (Par Four Drive). Please take care not to block a refuge neighbor's driveway.
Directions:
From Highway 94 East, continue until it turns into Highway 54.
Turn right on Willow Glen Drive.
Turn right on Steele Canyon Road.
Make the second right onto Par 4 Drive, and drive to the end.
From Jamul, go north (downhill) on Jamul Drive from Lyon's Valley Road.
You will pass the McGinty Mountain trail head on your way.
Turn right onto Steel Canyon road when Jamul Drive ends.
Make your first left on to Par 4 drive, and drive to the end.
From El Cajon, take Chase Avenue southwest to Jamacha Road, and turn right.
Turn left on Willow Glen Drive.
Turn Right on Steele Canyon Road.
Make second right onto Par 4 drive and drive to the end of the road.
