Eastern Shore of Virginia National Wildlife Refuge

We offer a variety of hunting opportunities including large game, small game and migratory game birds. Our annual hunt program is one tool used to manage wildlife populations at a level compatible with the habitat. It also provides for wildlife-oriented recreational opportunities. Hunting is available to those with a valid permit from September to February, following all State seasons and regulations.
