Cape Romain National Wildlife Refuge offers public events throughout the year. Four times annually are historic Lighthouse tours to Lighthouse Island. Cape Romain in partnership with the Francis Marion National Forest offers the annual Youth Fishing Rodeo and, the refuge works with community Partners to host the annual spring Bulls Bay Nature Festival.
