About Rose Reed

Rose is responsible for the creation, monitoring, and disposition of all reimbursable and cooperative agreements for the Columbia River FWCO. She works closely with CRFWCO staff,

Regional Office personnel, and cooperators as part of this duty. Rose also is responsible for maintaining the accountable inventory for the office.

Duties: 

1. Creating and monitoring reimbursable agreements, grants and interagency agreements

2. Maintaining and updating the accountable inventory database for the CRFWCO

Background: Rose has previously worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers, US Army Vancouver Recruiting Company and the US Fish and Wildlife Service Region 9 Regional Office
