Summary
We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), announce the reopening of the comment period for the proposed rule to list the Sonoma County Distinct Population Segment of the California tiger salamander (Ambystoma californiense) as endangered under the authority of the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. We are reopening the comment period to allow interested parties additional time to submit information to us for our consideration in making the final determination for this species. Comments already submitted on the proposed rule need not be resubmitted as they will be fully considered in the final determination.
