The Service offered several webinars to present information and respond to questions on this proposed rule and draft environmental assessment. We had two webinars for Native American Tribes and two webinars for the public.

Public Comment
The proposed rule published in the Federal Registeron September 30, 2022, opening a 60-day public comment period until November 29, 2022. The public comment period was extended to December 29, 2022.
