Common Murres at Three Arch Rocks, taken by Finley and Bohlman during a 1903 photography trip to the area. Finley was able to protect birds in Three Arch Rocks from hunting parties in the area by enforcement of the Model bird law in 1904. In 1907 Three Arch Rocks was declared a bird refuge with help from photography done by Finley and Bohlman of the area in 1903.
