Stewardship Saturdays are on the second Saturday of every month from 9 a.m. to noon. This is an open event that welcomes all visitors to take part in a hands on experience of creating better habitats for wildlife on the refuge. New and old volunteers will meet at the Visitor's Center before removing invasive plants and or planting native plants to improve native plant diversity and food sources for wildlife.
