Join hatchery staff and Eric Sanders of Friend O-Fungi Mushroom Farm at Russell County Public Library on March 12, 2026 from 5-7 p.m. CENTRAL time for the Mushroom Grow Bag Workshop!
Participants will learn how to cultivate mushrooms using grow bags and straw beds, receive recipe cards, and leave with a 12 lb. grow bag inoculated with oyster mushrooms!
Pre-registration is required with a $20 workshop fee to cover supply costs
