Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge offers many wonderful opportunities for patient photographers. Photographers can travel the wildlife drive for wildlife, hike one of our many designated trails for scenic pictures, or wander the open area of the refuge for unique foliage. Stunning sunset or sunrise photos can be taken at Bogard Point, gorgeous spring wildflowers can be found at Rocky Bluff Trail, and wildlife blinds can be found on Chamnesstown School trail / Harmony trail and Visitors trail. Whether you are using a smartphone or a zoom lens, you are bound to find something worthy of being captured.
