Wolf Creek National Fish Hatchery Welcomes South Korea Students

Written By

Wolf Creek National Fish Hatchery welcomed a special group of students on Friday, July 21. Twelve students from Songgok University in South Korea visited the hatchery. They were first and second year nursing students visiting Campbellsville University for a three-week cultural immersion experience with ESL (English as a second language) instruction and nursing observations.

Along with a tour of the hatchery, students were given a Wolf Creek National Fish Hatchery scavenger hunt to complete. Even with the language difference, most of them did a really good job completing the scavenger hunt.

We were honored to have these students visit the hatchery, and as always we are proud to give tours of the hatchery and inform the public about what we do as well as the mission of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
