Holgate Decision Delayed

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will not be implementing its new policy for vehicle access to the Holgate Peninsula on September 1, 2002, as originally planned. The policy has been pending because the peninsula contains a portion of the Brigantine Wilderness of Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge.
