About Jon Casey

Graduated high school from Cave City in Arkansas then graduated college from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville.  My career began in 1992 at the Mammoth Spring NFH in Arkansas as an Animal Caretaker.  I moved from there to the Dale Hollow NFH in Tennessee in 1993 and became a fish biologist there.  Moved from there to the Norfork NFH  in 1997as a biologist, became the Deputy Project Leader in 2009, then the Project Leader in 2014.  I enjoy hunting and fishing, playing basketball and ragball, and doing anything with my 3 boys (Dalton, Brendan, and Grant) and my 2 grandkids (Hoyt and Henley).  I also served in the Army National Guard in Arkansas and in Tennessee.  I went to basic training at Ft. Benning, GA in 1988, ROTC Advanced Camp in 1989 at Ft. Riley, KS, and Officer basic at Ft. Benning, GA in 1991.  I was in the Infantry in Arkansas and the Armored Calvary in Tennessee and served for 9 years combined.
