Host the Federal Duck Stamp or Junior Duck Stamp Art Exhibit

Do you want to showcase some of the nation’s premier artwork? Would you like to celebrate art, conservation, and the outdoors?  Are you looking for a centerpiece or side exhibit for your special event, museum, art gallery, or exhibition? Each year the top placing artwork from the Federal Duck Stamp and Junior Duck Stamp contests travel the country to promote wildlife art and conservation.

Waterfowl hunters, bird watchers, artists, stamp collectors and other conservation minded people purchase Duck Stamps and Junior Duck Stamps and have an interest in seeing the original artwork from which the winners are chosen, and the stamps created. If you are interested in seeing where the art is currently displayed, we provide a calendar of events where the artwork is scheduled to be.

The Federal Duck Stamp Art Exhibit consists of the top 10-20 entries with Velcro attachments which can be displayed on a carpeted wall. Two sizes of carpeted walls can be provided, a 4’Hx6’W tabletop display or a stand-alone 8’Hx8’Wx4’D display. The “tour year” for this exhibit begins in mid-November after the September Federal Duck Stamp Contest and travels the country through October of the following year.

The Junior Duck Stamp Art Exhibit consists of 53 Best of Show State entries from across the nation. These are also fitted with Velcro attachments and are displayed on a 8’Hx8’Wx4’D stand-alone carpeted wall. The tour year for the Junior artwork begins in mid-April following the national Contest and tours through the following April.

Who Needs It?

If you can provide a secure exhibit area and your venue will help promote national wildlife refuges, conservation, stamps, waterfowl, wildlife artwork, or a related theme you may apply to display the exhibits.
