Use this application for the export or re-export of captive-held LIVE marine mammals under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). Under the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA), marine mammals can only be exported/re-exported for the purpose of public display, scientific research, or enhancing the survival or species of the stock.
