Wheatridge Renewable Energy Facility II - Eagle Incidental Take Permit

The Service received an eagle incidental take Specific Permit application from NextEra Energy; ; a company owning and operating the Wheatridge Renewable Energy Facility II in Morrow County, Oregon. This wind facility is approximately 5 miles northeast of Lexington, and consists of 108 turbines, capable of 200 MW generation capacity. This facility has been operational since November 2020.
