Wetland Resources: New Hampshire

Wetlands are an integral part of New Hampshire's natural resources. They provide essential habitat for wildlife and vegetation, including rare and endangered species and natural communities. Wetlands arc a source of timber and provide opportunities for hunting and fishing, education and research, and bird, wildlife, and plant observation, all of which benefit the tourist industry and economy.
