Study Plan Form for Indiana Bat and Northern long-eared bat Survey Guidelines

Study plans must be approved before commencing surveys to be in compliance with the Survey Guidelines. Use of this fillable form will ensure all the information necessary is provided to the USFWS FO and expedite review of your study plan. Surveyors should fill all of the data fields listed in the form before submitting to the USFWS FO(s) for approval prior to surveying.
