Salmon Falls Wind Project - Eagle Incidental Take Permit

The Service received an eagle take permit application from Magic Valley Energy, LLC; a company proposing to construct the Salmon Falls Wind Project in Twin Falls County, Idaho. The Project is proposed mostly or entirely on lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the state of Idaho. This proposed facility is approximately 17 miles southwest of Twin Falls, and would consist of up to 300 turbines, capable of 1,860 MW generation capacity.
