In November 2022, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposed a revision to the rule for the African elephant under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act (ESA). During the virtual public hearing on January 5, 2023, this presentation will provide an overview of the proposed changes and comments requested, and will provide information about submitting comments during the public comment period.
