Paul Willey, winner of the 15th annual Junior Duck Stamp Contest, is no stranger to the program. He had been competing in the Junior Duck Stamp Contest since he was in the sixth grade. He likes painting ducks, saying it gets him in touch with conservation and with natural beauty. He studied with his art teacher since he was in middle school, and plans to use art in his career. After finally winning after many years, he became very aware of conservation efforts. Willey planned to attend college then attend an art institute.
