Eagle Take Permit Issued/Expires: 1/20/2022 - 1/31/2027

Authorized Take: 16 Golden Eagles and 2 Bald Eagles over 5 years

Mitigation Required: No deduction from Eagle Management Unit take thresholds and, thus, no compensatory mitigation required for projects that are constructed and operational prior to September 2009 and have not been physically modified since then to increase risk to either eagle species.
