Kids ages 5 to 12 are invited to come out and try their luck at the special event catfish pond near the Visitor Center. Gates open at 7am and the fishing begins at 8am. This event is free to the public. Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the contestants with the heaviest weight in each age group. Bring your own tackle, reel or road, and bait.
