Join us for a special Sky Viewing program at the North Tract of Patuxent Research Refuge on December 13th (with a rain/cloud date of December 16th)! This unique after-hours event gives you the chance to explore the night sky and view the Moon as well as four stunning planets: Venus, Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars! 🌌🔭
Before the workshop, make sure to download the Skyview app so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience. We'll have telescopes available, but feel free to bring your own supplies if you have them. Don't miss out on this magical evening under the stars!
This is a special event that will require registration. All rules and regulations of the refuge are expected to be followed. Participants will arrive at the gate to be signed into the refuge, and we will all enter the front gate as a group. Please arrive about ten minutes early to be checked into the refuge.
