Bring your family and friends to discover ice fishing with experienced ice anglers for free! Enjoy hot cocoa, hot dogs, and cookies in an onsite heated tent with staff of the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge and Friends of Refuge Headwaters.
