Join a park ranger and yoga teacher for a mindful experience: a 1-hour yoga session followed by a short, relaxing hike.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water. Yoga will take place outdoors overlooking scenic Humbug Marsh or possibly indoors as weather dictates. After our yoga session and a short break, we will head outside for a mindful walk along the refuge trails. Layered clothing and sturdy shoes for walking are recommended.
