A walk through the woods is beneficial to our physical, emotional, and mental health. Take a morning to put down your screens and relax. Wander through our forested trails and utilize your senses to connect with the experience.
Mindfulness walks will be a monthly occurrence on the second Saturday of each month, led by ACE member Zoe.
