Summary and Objectives:

Radical Collaboration teaches practical methods to significantly improve skills for building collaborative relationships. This course focuses on creating trusting, collaborative environments and on transforming groups into motivated and empowered teams. The participants will learn how subtle differences in their fundamental approach to problem-solving can support their collaborative efforts.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Commit to mutual success in relationships and maintain an authentic, non-defensive presence in those relationships.
  • Create a climate openness that allows people to feel safe enough to discuss concerns, solve problems, and deal directly with difficult issues.
  • Take responsibility for the consequences of their actions, both intended and unintended.
  • Explore difficult interpersonal issues by increasing awareness of self and others.
  • Negotiate conflicts in a way that supports strong relationships.
  • Use problem-solving methods that promote a cooperative atmosphere.
