Egg Laying Time at the NCTC Bald Eagles Nest!

The NCTC bald eagle pair have been very busy with nest work these past weeks. They are bringing sticks and dry grass bedding for their upcoming nesting season. This action is all part of their bonding and mating activity. One to three eggs could be laid at any time now, but eggs are typically laid 2 - 3 days apart.

Watch the live NCTC Eaglecam from three different camera views, join the discussion with our eagle fans, and learn about the history of the bald eagle's nest at the National Conservation Training Center!
