About Cecilia Melton

Originally from Uruguay, Cecilia is a course leader at NCTC. Her work consists of supporting courses within the Ecology curriculum. She is an oceanographer with experience in aquaculture and applied genetics. She taught Environmental Sciences at Shepherd University and came to NCTC from the Maryland Department of Natural Resources where she served as a Ranger. Cecilia lives in Harpers Ferry with her family and her dog.  She enjoys everything outdoors, including spending time with her horse.
