Painting and drawing are wonderful pastimes to mark the seasonal changes on the refuge. Visitors can utilize the Crane Lake Overlook, Gallinas Nature Trail Parking Lot, and the area around the Visitor Center. Usage of these areas are permitted during open refuge hours.
