Hosted by the USFWS AADAP Program, the 30th Annual Aquaculture Drug Approval Coordination Workshop will take place in Bozeman, MT from July 22nd- 25th, 2024. For those that are unable to join us in-person this year, we are providing the option to tune in to the Workshop remotely. Topics to be discussed include aquaculture drug approval research and the progress of associated efforts. Please contact Pam Sponholtz with any workshop-related questions.

We anticipate this year’s attendance to include representatives from numerous federal, state, tribal, and private sector partners, as well as drug company sponsors, university researchers, and other entities involved in aquatic animal drug approval efforts.  In addition, several representatives from FDA’s Center for Veterinary Medicine are slated to attend. 

Presentations: 

Considering giving a presentation at this year’s Workshop?  We’re looking for folks to present on any of the following (or related) topics: aquaculture drugs research (antimicrobials, parasiticides, anesthetics, spawning aids, and marking agents), disease models, and new, up-and-coming drugs.  If you’re interested in presenting, please contact Shane Ramee by May 20th, 2024 with the topic and length of your presentation.

Lodging: 

A small block of rooms has been reserved at the Best Western GranTree Inn (Workshop location) at the rate of $279 per night (plus tax). Travel: 

The closest major airport to the Workshop hotel is the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (15 min away). Rental cars are available at the airport. 

Registration: 

Registration cost is $150 for the in-person option and includes all Workshop presentation sessions, catered snacks and lunch, and the Monday and Tuesday night teambuilding events. Participation in the Thursday teambuilding event will be possible for an additional small fee.
