Timeline of Eagle Permit Regulation Roll-Out

Timeline of rollout of new eagle rule, effective April 12th, 2024. Nest take and nest disturbance specific permits will be available April 12, and general permits will be available July 8. Eagle incidental take specific permits for wind energy and power lines will be available April 12, and general permits will be available May 6.
