Plains garter snake

The Plains garter snake is a native to the Kulm Wetland Management District. It is a non-venomous snake, usually between one and two feet long, though sometimes longer, that eats frogs, insects, eggs, worms, and small rodents. It is one of the snakes that gives live birth.
