Joe Piehuta oral history transcript

Joe Piehuta oral history interview as conducted by Mark Madison and Flavia Rutkosky. Joe is a first generation American from Polish parents. He attended school in small town in PA, and attended a prep-school in California run by Catholic brothers. He held various jobs and schools until joining the Department of Interior and eventually the Fish and Wildlife Service. Mr. Piehuta worked in the Office of the Secretary-Supervisory Training, for Fish and Wildlife Service-Training Officer, and as the National Conservation Training Center liaison for Washington D.C.
