Bill Butler oral history interview as conducted by Mark Madison. After leaving Alaska, Bill went to Washington D.C. as the aviation manager for the Fish and Wildlife Service. Mr. Butler started out as a pilot/biologist for the Fish and Wildlife Service in Alaska, where he and his wife would spend 12 years there before moving to Washington, DC to become the National Aviation manager for FWS.
