You are Unique. You are Powerful. Be Confident with Who You Are! Understanding your strengths unlocks your potential and leads you to greater performance. During this interactive training, participants will unlock their personalized report and resources needed to maximize their potential as they review their 34 CliftonStrengths themes. The training will emphasize the personal benefits of CliftonStrengths. In the training, participants will work individually and in small groups to work through several scenarios. Participants will get the opportunity to evaluate and analyze their CliftonStrengths 34 Report, complete profile, and create an action plan. 

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• make the most of your strongest CliftonStrengths.
• understand your full CliftonStrengths profile. 
• manage potential weaknesses.

Special Information

Take the CliftonStrengths assessment at least one week before training and bring your report and materials to class.
