About Dave Mosby

Dave is the Missouri Natural Resource Damage Assessment and Restoration Case Manager, he has over three decades of experience in  government, working on a variety of environmental quality issues ranging from air pollution, water quality, spill response, and hazardous waste clean-ups. Dave specializes in contaminants investigations and habitat restoration related to heavy metal mining. His main duties are case management of the Natural Resource Damage Assessment and Restoration of the Southeast Missouri Lead Mining District and Tri-State Mining District cases. He has worked on contaminants investigations involving mussels, a variety of fish, migratory birds, Hine's emerald dragonfly, and bats.
