The North Dakota Petroleum Council and ten member companies have prepared this multi-project Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) to support an application for an Incidental Take Permit under Section 10(a)(1)(B) of the Endangered Species Act. The North Dakota Petroleum Council developed this plan in coordination with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, North Dakota Field Office and Region 6. The Incidental Take Permit would authorize incidental take of the Dakota skipper (Hesperia dacotae) at North Dakota Petroleum Council member companies’ energy development projects in North Dakota.
