This library collection contains NEPA documents for Pacific Southwest Region Migratory Bird Program actions in California, Nevada, and the Klamath Basin in southern Oregon.
Issuing permits under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act and the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act, as well as other activities undertaken by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Pacific Southwest Region Migratory Bird Program, may require environmental consequences analyses pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act. Documents outlining the required NEPA analyses, as well as the outcome of those analyses, for permit applications received, and other bird conservation activities undertaken, in California, Nevada, and the Klamath Basin in southern Oregon are compiled here.
