Winter trams at Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge and False Cape State Park offer the unique opportunity to observe and experience the incredible migration of wintering ducks, geese and swans. These waterfowl use the wildlife refuge to feed and rest during the winter months, preparing themselves for the flight back north to spring breeding grounds. In addition, enjoy a one-mile guided hike through maritime forest to uncover the history of the Wash Woods community. The cost for the Winter Trams is $8.00/person. Reservations are required by calling False Cape State Park at (757)426-7128.
