Come join us on September 12th at Dale Hollow National Fish Hatchery for a day of fun in learning from 8am to 4pm.

We welcome parents to stay to experience this learning together but not required.
Start location will be by the stream first right when you drive in the hatchery and follow the road down to the stream.
All drinks, snacks and lunch provided for free for children 7 to 14 years old.
The adventure will start with water safety then learn about different local wild animals. Learn the importance of bats and how to make a bat house. After lunch groups will rotate thru stations of learning safety of how to shoot a bow and arrow and experience it, learning gun safety and experience shooting a BB gun, learning fly fishing and giving a try at it in our stocked stream and last learning about trout and getting to touch and feed them.
End or pick up location will be at the hatchery main buillding.
