Flora Gibbs

Flora started as a seasonal technician in June 2022 and was then hired on permanently in November 2022. Before starting work with the Service, Flora spent a year doing spawning surveys with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife in the Skagit River Basin focusing on Chinook, Pink, Chum, and Coho salmon. She also spent 2.5 years working for various state-run hatcheries in Western Washington. While not at work, Flora enjoys hiking, skiing (of various types), climbing, and spending quality time with her family, friends and two dogs.
