There is a variety of wildlife and landscapes to capture. Overall, there are two photo blinds and three observation decks. Photo blinds are more covered and allow photographers to get closer to wildlife. The photo blinds are at Eagle Roost Trail and Casey Marsh Trail. While the observation decks are at Big Marsh, Sandpiper Trail, and the Selenite Crystal Digging Area.

If you would like to access a closed area, have a large group, or do it when the refuge is closed (not sunrise to sunset) a special use permit will be required. More information can be found in the Laws & Regulations section under the What We Do tab.
