Our Partners
Nature does not recognize human-made boundaries. In order to conserve our natural and cultural resources effectively, we must work with others to bridge these boundaries. Partnerships foster creative solutions to challenging situations and often the results are greater than the sum of the parts.
The Middle Mississippi River Partnership is a collaboration of federal and state natural resource agencies and not-for-profit organizations working to restore and enhance the natural resources of the Middle Mississippi River corridor. This is accomplished through public and private resource management, compatible economic development, private lands conservation and education and outreach to the citizens of the region.
